A short form with your name, how to reach you and where you are up to. No plan documents and no NDIS numbers at this stage.
We call you back
A real person talks you through what a plan manager does and what we would need from you. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
We start paying your providers
Invoices come to us instead of to you. You can see what has been paid and what is left in your budget whenever you want to look.
A small team, and that is the point
Plan management is a service business, so the thing that matters is whether somebody picks up and whether your providers get paid on time. We are small enough that the person you speak to knows your plan.
